Is FilmFaster48 a 48-hour film challenge?

No. While the name FilmFaster48 remains, the festival is no longer a timed filmmaking challenge. Films do not need to be created within a specific time frame. FilmFaster48 is a curated film festival and industry platform focused on showcasing strong work and connecting filmmakers with real opportunities.

What types of films can I submit?

We accept narrative shorts, documentaries, experimental films, music videos, and other short-form visual storytelling. Specific categories and length limits are listed on the submission page.

Do films need to be made specifically for FilmFaster48?

No. Films may have been created previously and may have screened elsewhere unless otherwise stated. Filmmakers must own or control all necessary rights to their work.
